The Two-Wave High-Speed Guardrail Plate Forming Machine is a complete roll forming line specifically designed for mass production of highway barriers, municipal guardrails, and rural road safety systems. The integrated process includes: 5-ton electric hydraulic uncoiler → feeding guide → leveling & feeding → hydraulic punching → main roll forming → hydraulic cutting → output table.

Designed for Q235 galvanized steel and cold-rolled coil (thickness 2.5–3.2mm), the machine delivers consistent profile accuracy, minimal burr, and high structural rigidity. With PLC control and precision hydraulic cutting, the system ensures burr-free edges and exact length tolerance, meeting GB/T 31439.1-2015 standards.
