When should the balance payment be settled?
Standard Rule: The final balance payment shall be settled before equipment shipment.
Process Flow:
- 1. After manufacturing, assembly and full factory inspection, we will provide complete machine photos, running videos and test records for your confirmation.
- 2. Once you confirm all details are acceptable, please arrange the balance payment.
- 3. Packaging and shipment will be arranged only after we receive your full balance payment.
Remark: This formal procedure safeguards interests of both sides, prevents disputes and guarantees smooth delivery and customs clearance. For long-term partners, flexible payment terms can be negotiated based on formal signed contracts.
